In 2024, we launched a program dedicated specifically to women’s health. Our team of gynecologists and nurses provide essential care to women living in the riverside communities. Through educational talks, gynecological consultations, preventive screenings, vaccinations, and treatment, we emphasize open dialogue with women - respecting cultural contexts while building long-term relationships based on trust and compassionate care.

During our expeditions, every patient receives medication free of charge, along with clear pharmaceutical guidance tailored to their level of understanding - because holistic treatment is part of our mission.
Our on-board pharmacy is made possible through donations from partners in the pharmaceutical industry who recognize the impact of our work.

We also carry a full vaccination schedule on board, aligned with the National Immunization Program, with medicinal products provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Health and private partners — helping to expand vaccine coverage of the population.
